About Justin Macartney
Now based in England, where I manage a small radio station near Hull. I’ve been hoping to make the transition from radio to television. For a decade I’ve have been steadily pursuing a radio career. Firstly with Citybeat and its sister station Mid FM (now Six FM), and on among others the Q Network. I have also done BBC training.
Having interviewed the likes of Alison Goldfrapp, Ray LaMontagne, Carl Verheyen, Mick Hucknall etc. I am not limited to music/celebrity style interviews, as I am one of the few people who can handle any type of live interview situation well.
I have done some pieces to camera for Guerrilla TV, making fillers for a SKY News website one of which was show on air as part of their Green Britain strand.
